At the time of booking, easyStorage charges for the initial period of the plan you choose, any insurance cover you take out, the first hour of loading and any packing materials that you have ordered. Billing is then automatic so you don’t have to remember to pay each time.

We don’t charge for travel time or the transportation part of things and the clock doesn’t start until we get to you. Your storage plan clearly shows how many loaders your plan comes with and the hourly rate.

As long as we are returning within 10 miles from where we collected from, the van and transport are FREE. You only pay for the hourly charge for the time our experienced team take to unload. A small per mile charge is applied for returns further than 10 miles from where we collected.
