All ‘easy’ brands continually innovate to make life a little easier for our customers.  easyStorage offers secure physical storage units and has already made things easier than ever for storing goods - even collecting belongings from our customers and bringing the access to the customer – and all at a great price.  

And now the easyStorage experience is just as smooth when you book storage online – literally as easy as 1,2,3.

Our technical wizards have worked their magic, now (since August 1) there are just three steps to booking storage online, anyone can literally do it under three minutes:

Step one: enter the postcode for storage. As if by magic, the system will check whether the area is covered, and if it is, will give you a price. (We’d like to have told you that there were a team of computer elves who go away and check, but that would be lying and taking the whole ‘magic’ thing just a bit too far!)

Step two: make a booking. You choose how many easyPods (the units we store your belongings in) you need. We help you through this, and you can update the number as you go through booking. And then of course we need your details. You’ll get to choose the date and time we should pick up, and decide whether or not you need our insurance. (If you do, we sort it out there and then.) As you go through the booking, there’s even a helpful ‘dynamic’ booking summary on the page, keeping tally of what you’ve asked for, so that you can increase/decrease the number of pods etc at will or to fit your budget.

Step three: confirm and pay. Once you’ve decided that the booking details are correct and that you’re ordering what you want (storage wise!), simply confirm and pay. easyStorage accepts major credit cards. You’ll get both a confirmation email, and then a call on the day we come to collect.

And if you book online within 15 minutes of logging on – which is easy if you’ve come prepared – we’ll even give you a: a 10% discount.

We’re making no more promises than this right now, but we’re not satisfied with just this one change, however great it is. Stay tuned to hear more as we roll out new ways to make everything as easy as possible for easyStorage customers.
