A minimum of 2 loaders are provided. This allows for the safe lifting of heavier items and means faster loading. For larger storage plans, extra loaders will be provided automatically. You are welcome to help with loading to speed things up.

Certainly not! We don’t charge for drive time or fuel, and we don’t start the clock until we have arrived.

Labour costs will vary depending on the plan you choose. Each plan has the appropriate number of movers allocated. Each mover is charged on an hourly, or part-of, basis. Details of these can be seen on the ‘Choose Your Plan’ section of the website.

As long as we are returning within 10 miles from where we collected from, the van and transport are FREE. You only pay for the hourly charge for the time our experienced team take to unload. A small per mile charge is applied for returns further than 10 miles from where we collected.
