Your easyStorage Journey

Right, you’ve made your collection booking with easyStorage. It’s a time for a calm. You sit down. Thinking YES, got everything sorted. No more worrying. Then suddenly.

You start thinking how exactly will it work. I know they’ll come here, but what do I need to do? Shall I pack? Put everything downstairs? And that’s just the beginning.

What happens when I need to access my stuff or have them returned? Will they do it if it’s a different address?

Let’s pause right here just for a moment and show you how stress free it is when going from enquiry, booking, collection and then return. Hang on to your hats and let’s begin!

Step 1: You’ve made your enquiry either online or over the phone. A storage consultant will call you or email you a personalised quote specific to the size and location you are looking to store. You now have the option to book online or through one our storage consultants who will handle the whole booking process for you. And that’s the beginning.

Step 2: You receive a booking confirmation email, showing you what you’ve paid for and that your booking is confirmed with a unique reference number.

Step 3: The BIG day! Think wedding day, but less nerves.  The morning of the collection our crew ensure the van is prepared, POD’s loaded with additional packing materials. (YES, this always comes in handy). When driving one of the crew will give you a call to let you know when they are close with an ETA.

Step 4: Once the crew have worked up a sweat and expertly packed your items in the POD, they are then security sealed with unique seals. The van then drives away to the closet depot where the storage POD’s are forklifted into storage.

Step 5: You receive a second email with a link to set up an online account. This account is linked to your storage and allows you to manage your billing information, book POD access and the return.

Step 6: You receive notifications 5 days before your storage term is due to renew ensuring you are always aware when the next payment is due. Afterall no one likes surprises.

Step 7: Your now ready to book the return of your items. Simply done by either booking online through your account with easyStorage or calling the office where one of our consultants will take care of you.

Step 8: We hate goodbyes, but we make them as easy and painless as possible. The Van and POD’s come back to you either at the same address or different address if need be. Once you are present the security seals are then broken, and the crew can move the items back into the property.
