We recently took a 'deep dive' look at our Trustpilot reviews, something we have tentatively planned to look at and share with blog readers periodically. We were both pleased and upset at our 4.7 rating, which is high but not a 5! But reading through, we know we were, for example, given 4/5 by people who hadn’t experienced the full service. We are genuinely confident they’ll come back with a 5/5 once they’ve experienced our property return service.

We also use technology to help us organise our storage space. Whilst many companies sell you a space that’s more than you need, and it’s up to you to do the lugging around, we arrange our stored ‘easyPods’ in a way that allows us to make the most of our space and know where everything is.

Because we don’t have people in and out of the unit all of the time, we don’t need so many passageways and access points, making the very best of the space we have. And this, in turn, helps us to keep our prices low.
