We always like to keep our customers updated with arrival times. It helps everyone stay organised and feel kept in the loop. We all have a billion different things going on at any one time, so sitting around waiting is not something any of us want to be doing. This is why we aim to call half an hour before we arrive at least, if not before in some cases! Our loaders are trained extensively to help with loading items safely, quickly and packing our pods as much as possible. It also helps that they are all naturally lovely people who care about the customers we help every single day.

Our storage pods are deceptively bigger than they seem, sometimes compared the Doctor Who's Tardis! We also pack each one as much as we possibly can so that we can keep your costs to a minimum. Speaking of lower costs, this customer was delighted that we were a far lower price than her local company. In fact, we are often up to 50% cheaper than other traditional storage companies. And even better we do not change our prices, the price you sign up for is the price you will pay for life! We offer flexibility in options around loading and storage so we can customise your storage experience to suit your needs. We can also work around availability, if you have a particular date in mind we will try and book that in for you no matter how short the notice.
