“The whole experience was very easy” - Review 4000 for easyStorage!

TrustPilot reviews are a really important part of the easyStorage business, giving a clear opinion of how customers view the business and an important ‘thermometer’ of the value being delivered by easyStorage teams to customers.

At time of writing, easyStorage has a TrustPilot score of 4.8 out of 5, based on 4014 reviews.

On February 24, easyStorage received its 4000th review, something to celebrate.

So what did it say?

The whole experience was very easy

The whole experience was very easy, from booking through to collection. Rebecca B was great in helping us to make sure we had booked the right amount of pods and in keeping us updated throughout the process. The collection team of Dan, Declan and Jake were brilliant and made the pick up stress free - all were thorough, careful and friendly. Thank you!

Date of experience: 23 February 2023

easyStorage CEO Tim Slesinger  and the easyStorage team responded, of course.

4.8 is great, and things will always go wrong sometimes. The easyStorage business has to factor in multiple  customers' needs, deal with traffic, road conditions, road closures and all of the normal business matters like staff wellness.

It’s what our teams do about it that matters. Indeed, on the same day as we received our 4000 review, we also had one that read:

The move didn't go according to plan

The move didn't go according to plan and the EasyStorage guys did a phenomenal job in adjusting to a difficult situation. Cheers guys. Top job.

For easyStorage this is a ‘proof of concept’. easyStorage teams are franchisees. They are bought into the success of the company, have a lot of ‘skin in the game’.

The easyStorage teams look forward to nudging that score up to 4.9. If you believe you could be up to joining the team and rise to that challenge:

Retirement must be the pot of gold waiting at the end of the rainbow for every hardworking person who spent almost all their life working to earn a living. 5 Tips in Creating a Workspace in Your Small Apartment

Dedicating a workspace or a home office should be equally valuable as any part of your apartment whether this is for a remote job or line of work is something that can be done at the comfort of your own home. More often than not, we tend to put this last on our list as sometimes we resort to our bedroom or living room as our go-to workspace. But hey, who doesn’t want working at the comfort of your bed with your PJs on while reviewing your business report? Think again. According to Harvard Business Review’s Guide to Being More Productive, “Unless you are careful to maintain boundaries, you may start to feel like you’re always at work and losing a place to come home to.” Working and sleeping in the same area is not a good idea as you tend to lose your work-life balance, which eventually will lead you to stress and being burnt out from work and feels like you don’t have a life anymore.
