easyStorage drives into the Top 50 of Elite Franchises in the UK

“Forget traditional self-storage, do it the easier and cheaper way with rising star easyStorage and its direct-to-consumer mobile storage solution.”

These are the words used to introduce easyStorage in the Elite Franchise’s Top 100 Franchises report 2023, where this ‘rising star’ was listed in the top 50 alongside the great and good of the franchising industry.

Elite Franchise is billed as the UK's leading franchise news platform, covering the key movers and shakers in the UK franchise industry.

Why ‘Rising Star’? easyStorage has rocketed up the Elite Franchise Top 100, hot on the heels of shortlists for both Digital Transformation Award and (winning) Emerging Franchisor Award in The Best in Franchising 2022 Awards.

From its outset just under four years ago easyStorage set itself high standards, aiming, with the help and support of the British Franchise Association, to become the ‘Gold Standard’ in franchising. Being ‘pitched’ against other franchises offers a measure of the success of the company/franchise and of progress.

With co-founder Tim Slesinger’s extensive experience building the largest document storage business in Eastern Europe and co-founder Nigel Dawson’s experience in franchising spanning well over three decades, they were a pretty safe bet, and with the easy name and brand behind them, they had all of the ingredients for success.

You can find out more about the easyStorage difference, how its service has been able to shake up a traditional storage industry which includes some really well-established players, in our article ‘The easyStorage Difference’.

But what of the franchisees? There are now franchises covering the large majority of the UK.

Franchisees come to easyStorage on the basis of it’s service and its brand. But easyStorage looks for people who not only have the skills to run an easyStorage business, with a determination to build success, but who aspire to high standards of customer care: 3,928 customers have given feedback via TrustPilot, resulting in a satisfaction score of 4.8/5 at time of writing.

easyStorage franchisees include individuals, family teams and investor-manager partnerships from every walk of life. This latest ‘placing’ reflects on their hard work and how well the franchise functions.

How To Make The Most Of Your Storage Unit?

Hey! Everyone wants to make the most of everything --- even on spending. We want the best product or service that we can have in exchange for our money. And as much as possible, utilise it to the maximum. Like eating in a restaurant. We want to finish every dish we ordered so that nothing would be wasted. How does it feel when you spend your money on something not worthwhile? Regrets? Dissatisfaction? So instead of being happy, you'd feel otherwise. It's just the same for every subscription we have. We want to make the most of everything we're paying for. Just like the case for storage customers. We want to make the most of every space in our unit --- not to waste a single penny on paying the subscription.
