Asha Joins easyStorage Customer Experience Team

Asha has joined the easyStorage team, bringing with her some of the growth and go-getter vibes that she shares on her Social Media pages.

Her tenacity and positive energy were what drew easyStorage to Asha, and Asha was drawn to easyStorage by the challenge and buzz of her new role as Customer Experience Representative. She has been in the role for a few months now, and is loving the variety and excitement of getting things done.

She was ready to move into a ‘head office’ type environment like the Uxbridge easyStorage HQ to further her career.

She has previously worked in both retail and recruitment, and laughingly tells of the day that she served Goldie Hawn. She was unaware who she was, until she turned around to find the entire team staring at her.

Thumbs up from easyStorage customers and loaders

She enjoys a game of tennis when the chance arises, and loves socialising. She enjoyed both Boomtown and Reading Festival this year. She also loves to travel and can rattle off a fabulous list of places she’s visited and loved since a very young age. Highlights have included swimming with dolphins in Mexico and a hot air balloon ride over Morocco.

Her role is to help easyStorage customers enjoy the best possible experience. This mostly involves handling customer service calls and helping troubleshoot to meet their needs. Whilst easyStorage has many answers to customers’ questions on their website, people often need quick answers on the spot or the reassurance of speaking to a human being.

That might mean something as complex as sorting out extra storage pods at short notice during rush hour period, in an area that the customer knows but Asha doesn’t, or something as routine as passing on messages regarding late arrivals.

The job, therefore, puts her in touch with many people inside easyStorage, from depot managers to the sales team, from franchisees to the accounts’ teams. She’s thriving on the challenge of getting things done and the thrill of learning new things.

After only 6 weeks of starting the business, Asha has been able to take part in projects including creating a guide for new starters and organising the annual franchise conference which consists of end to end planning of the event.

If her energy and experience drew easyStorage to appointing her to the role, she’s equally complimentary about the company: easyStorage’s professionalism and ambition made a great impression on her too.

Sounds like a great match, and one that leaves us confident that easyStorage customers across the country are going to be very well looked after.

How To Make The Most Of Your Storage Unit?

Hey! Everyone wants to make the most of everything --- even on spending. We want the best product or service that we can have in exchange for our money. And as much as possible, utilise it to the maximum. Like eating in a restaurant. We want to finish every dish we ordered so that nothing would be wasted. How does it feel when you spend your money on something not worthwhile? Regrets? Dissatisfaction? So instead of being happy, you'd feel otherwise. It's just the same for every subscription we have. We want to make the most of everything we're paying for. Just like the case for storage customers. We want to make the most of every space in our unit --- not to waste a single penny on paying the subscription.
