We can go to your old storage providers and pick up everything for free. We always try to put our customers first and so we have no interest in overcharging you or not filling up a storage pod in order to charge you more. Steven and Richard from Hertfordshire are excellent member of our easyStorage family and they always have the level of excellent service we aim to prove all over the UK. We are so pleased to have helped and shown how a little care goes a long way in the storage industry!

Wow - we are always somewhat speechless after a kind and raving review like this one. In fact, maybe we should start campaigning for Trustpilot to offer more stars as it is a comment we get quite often! We try to be personal as well as professional because we know many moving and storage experiences can be very emotional ones. We also know efficiency is what our customers want. No-one has spare time these days that they can waste, so why not let us do the hard work? We have the training and can ensure we get the job done carefully and as fast as possible. It's amazing to think this customer has been living in their house for over 40 years but we were glad to help you with an exciting new chapter.

We like to offer flexibility to our customers which is why we allow customers to choose to collect their items themselves! Sometimes you need the freedom to collect your items so we are always open for you to do that. And then John's attitude is why we rave about easyStorage being all about the people. We are all human and realise that sometimes things to not go to plan.This customer faced the stressful experience of their van breaking down on the way to collect their items from our depot! We can only image the stress this caused them. And John decided to wait on his own accord to allow the customer to access their items. Then he decided to help the customer load the items without being asked! This is what we love about our people - the customer always comes first and we all go above and beyond to help make their experience as hassle-free as we can.
