The average UK self storage customer spends £190 per month, and nearly double that in London. In contrast, the average spend in the USA is just $91 per month, resulting in take-up that’s10x higher per capita than in the UK. High UK self storage prices are the consequence of expensive real estate and inefficiency. As much as 48% of space in a self storage warehouse is lost to access corridors and height restrictions. The report found that 88% of customers expected storage to cost less.

Easier and more efficient than self-storage
Our collection and return service makes storing easier. The van and fuel are free, with customers paying only for loading time. Items are packed into storage Pods which can be stacked high in our warehouses, resulting in very little wastage of space. Customers can book to access their pods in a special viewing area, or have them returned by one of our vans.

It starts with a full induction
Induction and training is held at our London HQ. You will be introduced to the smart technology that enables you to manage your business. You will also go out on collections, so you can experience first hand how we work with customers. Back at the warehouse we take you through unloading and storing the Pods.

Build a customer base
We have great digital marketing which is ideal for you to incorporate within your local campaign. Customers can book direct through the website or via our Centralised Call Centre. We help you to get the best start for your new business.
All the tools to do the job well
Being a franchisee gives you access to preferential terms with suppliers of our specially-built vans, uniforms, Pods, packing materials and other equipment. We come to you to help set everything up including staffing, IT and storage.
Prospective franchisees must have a minimum of £45,000 in unencumbered funds. Our affiliates will help with all aspects of planning and financing. We find you appropriate storage and as your sales grow you can scale up to have your own unit.
