easyStorage By-The-Box is a simple, easy-to-use and cost-effective solution to securely store small quantities of items. Ideal for university students who need to store their items during the holidays, young families who want to store baby clothes and equipment waiting for a new arrival or collectors who don’t have space for their treasured collectables.

Simply order the number of boxes and any extra packaging materials you need. We will deliver them to you the next business day (as long as you order before 12PM). When you’re ready, drop them off to one of our logistics partner. Request your boxes to be returned whenever you wish and we can deliver them to you the next business day.

Our storage facilities are at the easyStorage Head Office monitored with CCTV 24/7 and are closed to the public; only authorised personnel are allowed inside.

All you need to do is book your return online and your items will be delivered the next business day (as long as you order before 12PM).

They are insured for loss in transit (see here).  However, they are not insured for damage or theft so we suggest that you add these to your household insurance.

Each box can be up to 30kg.

Yes you can.  However, you will need to use the easyPod service which you can book here.

Unfortunately not, but the good news is that ours are free so there's no reason not to use them!

We currently have one size of box which is 500 x 500 x 400mm

They are free if you return them to us for storing.

Yes we do. Please contact us at info@easyStorage if you have any special requirements or large volume of things to store.

Boxes and Goods must not include the following prohibited items:
- Illegal or stolen items;
- Any plant or creature whether living or dead;
- Perishable goods;
- Firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives or the components thereof;
- Flammables of any kind (petrol, diesel, oil, paint, cleaning solvents etc);
- Hazardous or toxic items of any kind;
- Any items that emit fumes or an odour of any kind;
- Chemicals, radioactive materials or biological agents;
- Compressed gases;
- And any item of high value or requiring specialist storage including without limitation fine wines, antiques, jewellery, bonds, securities, stamps, fine art or bullion.
